Terms and conditions for using our fitness services
Important: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voyagee Logg website, services, and any related applications or services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Voyagee Logg Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Voyagee Logg provides personal fitness training, nutrition coaching, online fitness programmes, and related wellness services. Our services include:
- One-to-one personal training sessions
- Small group training sessions
- Online coaching and digital fitness programmes
- Nutrition coaching and meal planning
- Rehabilitation and corrective exercise training
- Premium fitness packages and lifestyle coaching
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services independently. Users between 16-18 years old may use our Services with written parental or guardian consent. Users under 16 must have direct parental supervision.
3.2 Health Requirements
Before participating in any fitness programme, you must:
- Complete our health screening questionnaire truthfully
- Provide relevant medical history and current health status
- Obtain medical clearance if required by our trainers
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your health status
3.3 Account Registration
To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Medical Consultation
You acknowledge that:
- Exercise involves inherent risks of injury
- You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise programme
- Our trainers are not medical doctors and cannot provide medical advice
- You participate in all activities at your own risk
4.2 Health Conditions
You must immediately inform us if you have or develop any of the following:
- Heart conditions or cardiovascular disease
- High or low blood pressure
- Diabetes or metabolic disorders
- Joint, bone, or muscle problems
- Pregnancy or recent childbirth
- Any other condition that may affect your ability to exercise safely
4.3 Emergency Procedures
In case of emergency during training:
- Training will be immediately stopped
- Emergency services will be contacted if necessary
- Your emergency contact will be notified
- We may share relevant medical information with emergency responders
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change with 30 days' notice for new bookings.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfers
- Direct debit for recurring payments
- PayPal
5.3 Payment Schedule
- Individual sessions: Payment required at time of booking
- Package deals: Full payment or agreed installment plan
- Monthly subscriptions: Automatic billing on the same date each month
- Online programmes: Payment in advance for subscription period
5.4 Late Payments
Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 14 days overdue.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation by Client
- Individual sessions: 24 hours notice required for full refund
- Package deals: Unused sessions refundable with 48 hours notice
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- Online programmes: 14-day cooling off period for new subscribers
6.2 Cancellation by Company
We may cancel services in the following circumstances:
- Health and safety concerns
- Non-payment of fees
- Breach of these Terms
- Trainer unavailability due to illness or emergency
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All content on our website and in our programmes, including:
- Workout routines and exercise plans
- Nutritional guidance and meal plans
- Educational materials and resources
- Videos, images, and written content
- Software and mobile applications
Is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide (photos, feedback, testimonials). By sharing content with us, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for promotional and educational purposes.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. User Conduct
You agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
- Treat our staff and other clients with respect
- Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
- Maintain appropriate hygiene standards
- Use equipment properly and safely
- Not engage in any unlawful or disruptive behaviour
Violation of our conduct standards may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- You participate in all activities at your own risk
- We are not liable for injuries resulting from your participation
- Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Important: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyagee Logg, its employees, trainers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Any injury or damage you cause to others
12. Insurance Requirements
We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We recommend that you maintain appropriate personal health insurance coverage.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Technical failures or power outages
- Labour disputes
14. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
For material changes, we will provide 30 days' advance notice via email to registered users.
15. Termination
15.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account and discontinue use of our Services at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.
15.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Engage in conduct that endangers safety
- Fail to pay required fees
- Provide false information
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use our Services ends immediately
- Outstanding fees remain due and payable
- Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

18. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyagee Logg regarding the use of our Services.
